Marketing SMS communications are sent only when the recipient has provided the required consent to the identified sender.

Consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages is collected separately from consent associated with transactional or informational communications.

Providing a mobile phone number for registration or transactional purposes does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages.

3.1 With Event Organizers

When you register for an event, make a donation, purchase a product, or otherwise interact with an organization through Eventlify, information relevant to that interaction may be made available to the organization responsible for the event or activity.

Each organization using Eventlify maintains its own separate contact database and customer relationship management (CRM) system within the Eventlify platform.

Organizations do not have access to the contact information, attendee records, donor records, or SMS consent data belonging to other organizations through the Eventlify platform.

Information collected through an organization's event registration forms or other activities is associated with that organization and is not made available to unrelated organizations using Eventlify.

Event organizers may use information collected through their own events to administer registrations, manage attendees, fulfill purchases, process donations, and communicate with their participants in accordance with applicable laws and consent requirements.

SMS marketing consent is specific to the organization for which it was obtained. Consent provided to one organization does not authorize another organization to send marketing or promotional text messages.

Eventlify does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Event organizers are responsible for their own privacy practices and compliance with applicable laws when using personal information collected through Eventlify.

3.2 With Service Providers

We may share personal information with contracted service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including:

Individuals may receive transactional or informational text messages associated with their interactions with Eventlify or an event organizer.

Where consent is required, it is obtained through the applicable registration, account, or transaction process.

4.2 Marketing and Promotional SMS

When marketing SMS consent is requested, individuals are presented with a distinct, optional consent mechanism identifying the sending organization and the nature of the communications.

Marketing SMS consent is collected separately from transactional or informational messaging consent.

Individuals who do not provide marketing SMS consent may continue to use the applicable Services, subject to other registration or account requirements.

SMS consent is specific to the identified sending organization and the communication purposes disclosed when consent is collected.

Consent provided to one event organizer does not authorize unrelated organizations, affiliates, or third parties to send marketing or promotional text messages.

Each organization maintains its own separate contact database and CRM within Eventlify. Organizations cannot access or use another organization's contact records or SMS consent information through the Eventlify platform.

Eventlify may disclose mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information to contracted service providers solely as necessary to deliver authorized SMS communications, maintain consent records, manage opt-out requests, and support related platform operations.

These service providers are not authorized to use SMS consent information for their own independent marketing or promotional activities.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

4.4 SMS Opt-Out

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a text message.

Message frequency varies depending on the organization, event, and communications requested or authorized. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent associated with one organization is not treated as authorization for another organization to send marketing messages.

Access to organization-specific contact and CRM information is restricted to authorized users of the applicable organization and authorized Eventlify personnel or service providers as necessary to perform permitted functions.

Organizations using Eventlify cannot access the contact databases or CRM records of other organizations through the platform.

Although we take reasonable measures to protect personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized account activity.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
