These Refund Policy Terms outline the minimum requirements and processes for refund policies established by Organizers of paid events on Eventlify (“Services”). By using the Services, you (“Organizer”) agree to these Refund Policy Terms as part of the Eventlify Terms of Use.
1.1 Application: These Refund Policy Terms govern refund policies for all paid events created, promoted, and/or managed through the Services.
1.2 Incorporation by Reference: These terms are incorporated into the Eventlify Terms of Use and do not modify or rescind any other terms therein.
2.1 Minimum Requirements: Organizers must comply with the following refund policy requirements:
If these requirements are not met, Eventlify may, at its discretion, modify the refund policy to meet the minimum standards. Modifications may apply prospectively or retroactively.
2.2 Refund Process: Attendees should contact the Organizer directly via the refund policy instructions provided on the event page. If no contact details are listed, attendees may use the "Contact Organizer" button on the event page or other listed contact methods. Organizers will then coordinate with Eventlify to process refunds for applicable payment methods.
2.3 Eventlify Review: If an Organizer fails to honor a refund request that meets their posted policy or the minimum requirements, the attendee may request Eventlify’s assistance. Eventlify only has control over payments processed through its system and cannot mediate disputes related to manually collected payments or payments processed via third-party systems outside of Eventlify. Eventlify will review matters under its control and determine whether a refund is warranted. Decisions by Eventlify are final and binding on both parties.
3.1 No Guarantee of Refunds: Eventlify does not guarantee refunds or insurance for Organizer performance. Refunds depend on the Organizer’s policy, compliance, and applicable laws.
3.2 Fair Use and Abuse Prevention: Eventlify reserves the right to investigate refund claims and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts engaged in abuse or fraudulent claims.
